Northlight, nestled in Cornwall's serene countryside just above Port Isaac, boasts panoramic views of green fields and coastal beauty. This tranquil village is famous as the home of the renowned shanty singers, Fisherman’s Friends, and the setting for ITV's Doc Martin series.
Entering on the ground floor reveals four generous bedrooms: a king-size room with sea and coastal views, a double room with an en-suite shower, and two twin bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom. Accommodating eight guests, Northlight is perfect for families or friends.
Ascend the stairs to the open-plan living area, featuring large windows and patio doors leading to a spacious balcony - ideal for alfresco dining or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets against the stunning backdrop. Should the chill set in, retreat indoors to the sitting area and kindle warmth with the woodburning stove.
The garden at Northlight offers a vast enclosed lawn, perfect for outdoor games and the property has plenty of parking outside.
A short drive away are Rock's beaches, offering water sports, and the water ferry to Padstow. Nearby, Polzeath is a surfer's haven, while Daymer Bay invites sailboarding and leisurely days on its golden sands and calm waters.
