Ground floor
Entrance into the light and welcoming dining room, complete with coat hooks, boot storage, feature fire place and underfloor heating. The dining room extends into the functional cottage kitchen, a spacious and well-appointed room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. There's a small bistro table and chairs situated in the corner, perfect for a morning coffee & bite to eat. There's underfloor heating in here too!

To the far end of the kitchen is a handy little cloakroom and W.C. Just off the kitchen is a great back porch area/utility room, complete with dishwasher, washer/dryer, sink and fridge. This large lockable room is great for bike & outdoor gear storage.

We can offer free use of a 1 acre enclosed field in Coniston village, perfect for off the lead running, walking, training and playing. Use by arrangement only. Please contact the office for availability.
