Our villa is 10 minutes away from the center of Dalyan. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, of which 2 master bedrooms also have a jacuzzi. You can go out to the garden from the terrace section that opens to the pool in the living room. The swimming pool is private and there is a swimming pool for children. In its large garden, there is also an area to spend pleasant moments and make a barbeque. Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 1,500 TL is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
