The Space:
This second floor apartment with incredible panoramic views of the 11th hole of the golf course and pool below offers guests a very comfortable stay in one of the most popular areas of the resort, ‘Indico’. This beautiful apartment offers a clean and comfortable base for exploring the region of Murcia and beyond.

Set on one level the apartment offers up to 4 guests 2 bedrooms and a bright and recently reformed modern bathroom. There is an ample and equipped kitchen and sunny living and dining room with a beautiful, large terrace offering ample space for outdoor relaxation.


Accommodation:

Upon entering the apartment you will find a bright, tastefully and homely comfortable furnished living and dining area. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with white goods including kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine can be found directly off the hallway in front of the entrance. It offers beautiful views over the pool and golf course.

Next up are the two double bedrooms, one with king and one with two single beds. The large and freshly reformed family-size bathroom features toilet, bidet, wash basin and walk-in waterfall shower.

Indico offers guests the most beautiful of outdoor spaces. With comfortable outdoor dining set with space for 4, fold out sun loungers and incredible views of the pool, golf course and mountain range, known to the locals as "The sleeping lady" beyond.

Indico can be accessed by stairs or lift and offers complimentary WI-FI. Linen and Towels are included as standard.


Hacienda Riquelme:

This classically designed leisure resort is in keeping with the traditional 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda around which it has been built. Every apartment block has been designed with views in mind, and you can rest assured that there is a stunning view to be found from every part of the resort.
