Located 5 minutes by foot from the elegant Vittorio Veneto street and Villa Borghese, is just:
- 10 minutes by foot from Spanish Steps and Rome historic center and shopping district (Via dei Condotti and Via Frattina)
- 12 minutes by foot from Trevi Fountain
- 20 minutes by foot from Pantheon
Easy to reach all other Rome places because Barberini metro stop is just 5 minutes away by foot.
Very cozy, it consists of a double bedroom (double bed 140 cm wide), a living room with a sofa bed (will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking), a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with bath tube and a big separated shower and a quiet terrace furnished with dining table and sofas where you can relax in full privacy.
It's furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, …
The penthouse is reachable with a flight of stairs from the highest floor served by the elevator.
House ceiling is 215cm (7' feet) high.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 130 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
