Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Great location, flat needs some TLC
Pros:Good and well equipt kitchen with lots of plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, cooking equipment etc. Nice selection of teas, coffee/sugar sachets provided by the host. Excellent location, minutes from beach/Palace Pier and lots of places for food and drink. Easy to collect the keys when we received the check in details.Cons:Flat could do with a bit of care, parts wwre scruffy and felt like they hadnt been looked after well. it had frayed carpets and a dirty living room rug which made us not want to spend time in there, stains on bedding and a hole in the side of the bed! TV remote was missing a battery so we couldn't We use the TV...we also couldn't shut the bathroom door which was a problem for obvious reasons. We did report these issues to the property management, who replied quickly and was assured they would be passed on to maintenance teams. They offered to come and look at the bathroom door the next day, but kindly agreed to do so after id checked out as i was on a short stay.Overall the location was excellent and suited me, but the maintenance issues made me glad i was only staying for 2 nights, but I wouldn't book again
