Comprised of 2-bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a living room, kitchen and a sunroom. The apartment has all the conveniences and amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Carcavelos, including:

- 2 Queen size beds + 1 double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
- Sunroom with a small dining table
- Street parking + walking distance from the beautiful Praia de Carcavelos

Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. There's also professional cleaning and sanitisation on the day of your expected arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

With the São Julião da Barra Fort dominating at one end, Carcavelos Beach is the largest expanse of sand on the Estoril coast and regularly hosts beach volleyball and football competitions.

Given its proximity to Lisbon and easy means of access, Carcavelos Beach is highly popular during the summer while in winter it is mostly given over to the surfing and bodyboarding communities, brought in by the excellent conditions here.

Next to the Beach, there is a wide choice of renowned restaurants in addition to bars and terraces just perfect for some quality time in the sun.

- Lisbon City Centre is 30 minutes away by car.
- Lisbon International Airport (LIS) is 25 minutes away by car.
- There are buses available (M25) just outside the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
