This flat features a cosy space with a kitchen, living room, one bedroom and one bathroom and is professionally cleaned before your arrival and fit with quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience.
The space
The flat is comprised of a large bedroom, large bathroom, living/dining room and a kitchen. Also it benefits of 2 storage cupboards and all the necessary amenities.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole apartment during their stay.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
