PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Experience a stay at this unique and exquisite 2 bedroom villa on a private development in Adeje, Tenerife. This beautiful property hidden away in the Canarian gardens is situated in a elevated position, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and out to sea. You have access to multiple different communal terraces on the development and of course the large communal pool with sun loungers.
The villa includes an upper level and a lower level, both levels boast independent accommodation with each including a kitchen/diner, living area, bedroom and bathroom. All furnishings are in immaculate condition and are tastefully decorated throughout. The upper level holds a lounge area with panoramic glass walls facing towards the coast, creating amazing sea views from inside the apartment. The lower level carries a similar design but with an open plan bedroom!
The exterior of the property consists of several terraces, immediately outside the upper level property is a small terrace with stairs leading up to the rear terrace fitted with artificial grass. Positioned in the sun all day, the rear terrace is perfect for sunbathing and boasts a dining area with BBQ. Down on the lower terrace also fitted with artificial grass, is set in tranquil gardens and is a relaxing place to unwind and rejuvenate.
The communal pool area with sun loungers is open for you to use as much as you want. The pool terrace also holds a shaded pergola area with seating and access to the communal areas.
