Casa Nuccia A is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Nuccia A you will have a view of the nearby buildings and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Nuccia A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared patio and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach (the rocky Punta Ristola) at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
Casa Nuccia A is located on the mezzanine floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately five stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Nuccia A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The townhouse is divided in three apartments. The access is on the mezzanine floor for two of them, on the top floor for the third apartment.

Laundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with guests staying at 2 other apartments.  Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the nearby buildings and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the patio with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment. Because of the road close to the property, at times some holiday buzz can be heard on the patio.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple. The furnishings include two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
