Villa Arem is a holiday home in Porto Cesareo,

The house was renovated recently and furnished with modern elements. It
opens into a large living room with double sofa bed, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. 
The sleeping area of Villa Arem consists of 2 double bedrooms
and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home is ideal for a relaxing
holiday, surrounded by nature, far from the most crowded tourist
destinations but near the beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo and Punta
Prosciutto.

Villa
Arem is in the countryside of Torre Castiglione, on the coast near
Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The holiday home is 1,5 kilometers away
from the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast. 
The bay of
Torre Castiglione is characterized by cool streams and crystal clear
sea. The area is the nature reserve of Palude del Conte  with its
typical and uncontaminated vegetation and Mediterranean scrub.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
