The space

The studio’s interior is the perfect mix of cosy design and clean aesthetic. The property offers 1 double bed, 1 single sofa bed, a dining area, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This is the perfect spot for a small group of friends or a family of three wanting to see what Milan has to offer.



With plenty of windows for sunlight to pour in, you will feel right at home. You will find in the studio 1 double bed, a designer sofa which converts into a single bed, a comfortable desk space (if you wish to work), and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained during your stay.



There is also a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave, juicer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area suits up to 3 guests.



The bathroom is complete with a cabin shower and bidet.



A hairdryer, toiletries, and towels are all provided.



Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property. The studio is located on the sixth floor, and there is a lift.

ALTIDO will be in touch to offer you assistance with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans, linen changes, and childcare equipment.



House rules:

ALTIDO Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.



Note that late check-in has the following surcharges payable in cash upon arrival:

From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM 30€

From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM 40€

After midnight - 60€ but depends on the availability
