This recently completed one bedroom villa is located in the Sarinchbashi district of Kalkan, high up in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains.
The entrance is approached by a flight of steps, and is single storey. The accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area, and a double bedroom with a large jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.
The indoor pool (3.5 x 2 metres), is accessed from the bedroom and can be heated for per week 7000 TL. This makes this villa an ideal choice for holidaymakers wishing to come low season.
The outdoor pool is some 10 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. It is unseen from outside the villa thus making it suitable for those guests looking for complete privacy for religious or other reasons. From the pool terrace and every room it is possible to take in the spectacular views across Kalkan Bay.
The villa is full-airconditioned, has wifi internet and on street car parking adjacent to the villa.
There is no publice transport to this district of Kalkan , accordingly guests staying here would need the use of a vehicle or use the local taxi service.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
