Bedroom one has a king size bed and has use of a separate shower room which can also be accessed by guests using the sofa bed. Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be made up as two singles and has an ensuite shower room. The open plan living area allows a versatile space for a family or group with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge with large TV and DVD player. Outside the barn has a dedicated terrace area with table, chairs and BBQ and access to our luxury hot tub.
Set within the 3 acre gardens and woodland of Cotenham Barn, guests are welcome to investigate the gardens and make use of the footpath which leads from the property to Ranworth and good local pub.
Located in the Norfolk Broads National Park with easy access to many Broads villages, Norwich city, the beautiful North Norfolk coastline and many local attractions, Cotenham Barn makes the perfect base for a short break or longer holiday all year through.

Set in 3 acres of gardens with a large pond and woodland, Cotenham Barn is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside. The garden itself offers many places to sit and watch the nature. there is a footpath leading from the garden across fields or country lanes to Ranworth village.

Cotenham Barn offers a variety of accommodation types to suit most tastes and welcomes couples, families and larger groups across the site. With traditional Bed and Breakfast rooms in the main barn as well as holiday cottages, all buildings were originally farm buildings which have been lovingly converted by the owners to provide a peaceful and unique environment.
