The building is located in Via della Maestranza, precisely in front of Palazzo Impellizzeri (of considerable historical interest), adjacent to the old Jewish quarter, on the island of Ortigia, in a strategy potion, a few steps from the sea and the cathedral. The area is well served, with supermarkets and the best restaurants.
The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a large living area with a double sofa and a raised kitchen, upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The furniture is refined and studied in detail, to offer guests a pleasant experience during their stay.
The services offered include sheets, bath towels, bath set (shampoo and soap), hairdryer, washing machine, wifi internet, Smart TV and air conditioning included in the living room. We also offer shuttle service, breakfast, chef at home, boat trips at an extra cost to be agreed.
In addition, the cost of cleaning is € 30.00 per stay.
