A recently renovated first-floor apartment in the centre of Nairn with free off-street parking. Spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area providing guests with a perfect basecamp to discover more of Nairn and the surrounding area. This modern town centre apartment is on the first floor of a small period style apartment building.

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, Bluetooth speaker, easy chair, nest of tables, electric fire, TV with Freeview channels. The dining area has a table and chairs for up to 2 guests with a large bay window looking over Nairn High Street. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, integrated fried/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, kettle, toaster, and radio. The bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside units with table lamp, free-standing wardrobe, table dresser, free-standing mirror, easy chair, and shelving. The shower room offers guests a double shower, wash hand basin, and a toilet. Outside the property, there is off street parking for guests and a secure bike shed. The apartment has central heating, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, travel cot (please bring your own bedding) and a highchair. There is also an iron , ironing board and clotheshorse. Guests have access to the entire property.

A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. Nairn Train station is within a short walk from the apartment.
No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 5 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 9 AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
