THE PLACE
This seaside home, lovingly cared for by the owners, Nondas, Maria and Panagiota, with its wooden furniture, all selected through the generations by various family members, the traditional roof, the ergonomic amenities and the spacious terrace, can offer you the vacation of your dreams.
This industrial style-inspired, bright room of Salty Breeze Experience, comes with a double bed with an impressive headrest, a comfortable anti-stress mattress, an ergonomic wardrobe with an interior dresser and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is insulated with interior masonry and an easy - to - use fabric roller.
We also see in the interior, the living room in a large open space with the kitchen, which also has a fold for a quick breakfast or snack. In addition, it should be noted that it is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances.
For those who have a third party in their company, the owners have provided a folding bed instead of a steady one, for one reason only.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Salty Breeze Experience is located in a privileged location in a beautiful Mediterranean environment, among olive trees, wild pears, and pomegranates. Such a stay, in nature, with the patchwork of aromatic arbaroriza, laurel and rosemary, especially in the mornings, can only offer you the unmistakable relaxation that we all, more or less, are craving for.
For those who have children, there is plenty of space within the fenced property where they can fearlessly run and play. A bike ride if there is one or a walk around the accommodation and beyond, to the beach is something you should not miss. A short distance from our house there is the asphalt ring road that leads to nearby beautiful areas.
The neighborhood is a small settlement consisting of 12 family houses, 4 of which belong to permanent residents. Discreet and friendly and passing by the house, don't be surprised if they wave their hand or honk with the car to wish you good morning. Those who stay there during the winter, take care of the area personally, along with the rest of the owners who return during the summer.
The houses are quite far apart, which ensures the quiet stay you may want. At night, the area is illuminated both by municipal lights and by the residents of the neighborhood.

BEACH
Leaving the main entrance of the plot, holding only a towel and your sunscreen and walking just five minutes, you can reach the nearby pristine beach of the settlement. A beach just for a select few, because it is not organized, awaits you without crowding, whenever you want to enjoy your swim. And even if you don't want to swim, you can go jogging, read a book under the sun or just close your eyes and enjoy the indescribable white sounds of the sea.

TRANSPORTATION
The Salty Breeze Experience is just 150 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach. Therefore, approaching countless other nearby beaches is a short-term affair, especially if you have a means of transportation. A private vehicle is always the best choice, in order to have quick and direct access to dozens of attractions, wonderful beaches and picturesque villages in the area.
Also for your information and for those who do not have a means of transportation, but want to spend their holidays in the beautiful Porto Heli, there is a possibility to rent a car from its center, in order to visit the surrounding areas, to organize their trips and to be provided with food from the nearby Kritikos Super Market, located in the area.
The beaches of Ververonta, Hinitsa, Costa, Lepitsa, the small church of Agios Emilianos are some of the nearby destinations worth visiting. The fishing town of Ermioni is just a 20-minute drive from our accommodation. In addition, there are options for water sports and diving enthusiasts. Porto Xeli Scuba Diving Club and Ergo Dive Loumis Diving team are some of them. Finally, we would like to reiterate that a free parking space is provided inside the fenced area of the property and per residence.

VISITOR's ACCESS
The designation "Greek Riviera" for Porto Heli is not accidental. It is the area of Greece where thousands of people choose every year to spend a few idyllic days in the summer. The distance of our accommodation from Porto Heli is only 4 km away. One can go to Porto Heli by vehicle in 2½ hours, from Athens, via the Athens-Corinth National Road and exiting at Epidaurus, while there is also a ferry connection from Piraeus that lasts 2½ - 3 hours depending on the intermediate stops.
Also, for those who do not have a car, they have the opportunity to go through Ktel Kifissos Athens to the nearby village of Kranidi in Argolida and from there, with a taxi can reach our beach houses.
