Located in Torre Suda, the Villa is just 5 kms far from the sea and boasts large outdoor spaces fully equipped from where it is possible to enjoy relaxing moments surrounded by Salento countryside. The main cheracteristic is represented by the presence of the orginal trullos, typical South Italy dry stone building.
The Villa can host a maximum of 10 people (+ 2) and is composed of 5 bedrooms divided as follows: 3 in the main house, where find place 2 bahtrooms and a huge dining room with kitchenette too, and the last 2 rooms are instead located few meters far from the main house and are built within original trullos; just one of these has an ensuite bathroom. The Villa boasts comfortable outdoor living areas, all fully equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for relaxing moments and lovely dinners outdoor. Highlight of the Villa is the new swimming pool (an above-ground - 11x6 m) with 1,32 m of depth from where it is possible to enjoy the beautiful Salento sunsets. The Villa is just few kms away by car from the most beautiful beaches such as Gallipoli, Torre San Giovanni, Pescoluse, Porto Cesareo and from the main cities too such as Lecce, Galatina, Otranto, Nardò etc.
Extra costs:
Energy consumption with an allowance of 300 kw/h per week. The excess will be calculated for € 0,50 kw/h with meter readings at the beginning and at the end of the stay.
