We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the most beautiful surroundings.The Shed is a great location, very peaceful and private.Tina and Jeffrey are wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome, everything was most carefully prepared for us.

The Walnut Tree Cottage is exactly how it's described in the details, as are the surroundings. It's comfy with lots of space, is well equiped and the garden is spacious, secluded and the fence is a plus for dog owners. We were so happy that our two Ridgeback boys weren't only tolerated but welcomed! Another big plus for dog owners is the lovely countryside with lots of options for hikes. James is a lovely guy and was always there when we had a question or asked a favor but other than that he aimed to let his guests have a quiet and unbothered stay. Seriously great host! Dear James, just like the first stay we felt so welcome. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay at your Walmut Tree Cottage!

This accommodation is the best we have ever booked. It is completely clean, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. We will definitely come back. We congratulate Sally and Richard for this wonderful house.

We had a fantastic stay at Calais View. When we arrived, Tim was there to meet us and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. The flat was impeccably clean. Walking in through French windows you enter the lounge, which is furnished to the highest standards and very cosy with its warm creamy colours. You immediately feel at home. In the back of the ground floor there is the large and very well-equipped kitchen. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome basket with lots of nice goodies in it. How very attentive! Thanks a lot, Jenny and Tim. The bedroom on the upper floor belongs to the nicest and cosiest we've ever had. Jenny and Tim put so much effort and care into it to make you feel at ease. Not to forget the views of course. Youn wake up in the mornings and right from your pillow you have the most stunning views through the bay window across the Channel to France. So relaxing to sit up in bed with a nice cup of tea and watching the ferry boats pass by. The same goes for the very pretty and well-kept terrace outside the lounge, which also offers spectacular views. The house is right on the coastal footpath from which you have beautiful walks to Dover (make sure you stop by at Mrs. Knott's tearoom in the lighthouse!!) and towards Deal (you shouldn't miss Walmer Castle with its beautiful gardens, where Wellington spent a lot of his time and where he died). We can also highly recommend the walk from Folkstone to Dover, Sandwich and of course Canterbury. Just marvelous!

We had a wonderful vacation "for two". The cottage is extraordinary well-kept, cultivated and absolutely clean. The house decor and furniture is composed with loving care and a secure attention to the detail. It is perfectly sized for two persons. If you love animals, you feel at home here - as well, as if you love quiet and relaxing days or holidays, in which to explore East Sussex. Joanna and Marc are wonderful hosts, having many of tips, what to do, to visit, to explore or to experience in the area of Pett or Hastings. We were warm welcomed, and felt the whole holidays very welcome. Pett is a nice village, and you easily reach it by foot, to visit for instance one of the two very good pubs (with excellent kitchen!) or the beautiful café. The coast, the settlement Fairlight Cove and the beach are easily to reach by car, as well as the wonderful towns of Rye and Hastings. We had two weeks in the Cottage and look with gratitude back onto our dream summer vacations. Danke and with warmest greetings, Meike und Jörg

Ideal gelegen um große Teile von Kent und Ost-Sussex zu erkunden - alle große Gärten sind in ca. 30-60 Minuten erreichbar, zu See sind es ca. 20 Minuten, nächste Supermärkte in 8 und 15 Minuten (Tesco im malerischen Tenderden). Bei dem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein umgebautes Stallgebäude, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand - allerdings mit kleinem Zuschnitt. Sehr ruhiges Anwesen mit Garten und Patio, Sitzecke etc.. Wir haben die zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen. Lediglich die Gartenmöbel kommen allmählich in die Jahre und sollten erneuert werden. Gerne wieder.

Dieses Ferienhaus in Pett Level ist perfekt für die erholsamen Ferien am Meer. Die Vermieterin Lydia ist 100%ig zuverlässig und hat stehts schnell unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben uns immer sehr sicher und gut betreut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem was man braucht augestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und das Cliff End. Hier haben wir wunderbare Abendstimmungen und Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Auf jeder Etage im Haus befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Alle Betten sind sehr bequem. In der Nähe befindet sich der örtliche Beach Club, wo man gemütlich Essen und trinken kann. Der Ort ist auch bestens geeignet für lange Spatziergänge am Strand. In der Nacht ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Es befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, unsere Erwartungen waren übertroffen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Besten Dank!

We had a really lovely time at the Reach Court Farm. The cottage was very cosy and clean. We enjoyed the nice landscapes, walks along the White Cliffs and the beautiful beaches.
