It features two large bedrooms with two queen sized bed in two of the bedrooms, an updated central bathroom, separate lounge, open-plan living/dining area and contemporary-style kitchen, additional bathroom and toilet located in the verandah area, plus garage and ample off-street parking. Step outside to an expansive north-facing backyard with undercover entertaining deck, and landscaped gardens.
The house is further enriched by split-system a/c in the living room, unlimited high speed wifi, high ornate ceilings and polished hardwood floors, laundry/storeroom, separate bathroom and toilet located in the verandah, and a covered north-facing back deck with a hanging egg and plenty outdoor seating for friends and family entertaining.
Guest Access:
Guests will have entire place for themsevles. Except for the store room and a bungalow. I have locked them up for persona storage. Please do not access.

Walking distance to Ascot Vale Station and Mt Alexander Road trams, it's also close to primary and secondary schools, popular cafes and restaurants on both Union Road and Pin Oak Crescent, Flemington Racecourse and the area's renowned shopping precincts.
Getting Around:
The central Ascot Vale location sits near Ascot Vale Road, a stone’s throw from Melbourne Showgrounds and Flemington Racecourse. Stroll to vibrant shopping strips on Mount Alexander and Racecourse Roads. The 57 tram (at the doorstep) and Newmarket train station (10mins) are both in walking distance, making for swift commutes into the CBD. And you’re zoned to Ascot Vale Primary School and Mount Alexander College.
