The Space:
Nestled in the picturesque setting of 1770, Bustard Bay Lodge is a spacious two-level house boasting six bedrooms.
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom equipped with a shower, spa bath, toilet, and sink. Additionally, there are four other queen bedrooms, one with its own ensuite, and two single bedrooms.
The lower level hosts a separate bathroom with a shower room, toilet room, and sink, along with a convenient kitchenette and two seating areas.
On the upper level, guests can enjoy a full kitchen, an open-plan living, and dining area, perfect for gatherings.
A highlight of the property is the expansive deck offering ample seating and a BBQ, where guests can soak in the breathtaking views of Bustard Bay. Amenities include a washing machine, complimentary toiletries, linen, and towels, as well as ample on-site parking.
While the property does not offer Wi-Fi, it provides an ideal retreat for unplugging and immersing yourself in the serene surroundings.
Please note that there is no air conditioning, but high-powered ceiling fans ensure comfortable temperatures throughout.
With its stunning views and tranquil ambiance, Bustard Bay Lodge invites guests to relax and savour the ever-changing beauty of the bay.

Agnes Water and 1770 are surrounded by stunning National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.
Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
