The property is perfectly located to enjoy the wonderful local producers situated along High St and the broader region. Ted’s is also a hop, skip and a jump to the spa country.

This country residence, in the heart of the picturesque township of Trentham, offers two spacious bedrooms and an office/workspace, all beautifully appointed for your stay with quality homewares and furnishings.

The main bedroom features a spacious ensuite with shower, walk-in robe, and reverse cycle split system for your comfort in any season. The second bedroom comes with built-in robes, providing plenty of storage space for your belongings. Both bedrooms have comfy beds and quality bedding, with extra blankets for those colder nights

Both bathrooms offer large rain shower heads, and Australian-made Salus products, with the main bathroom having a large bathtub to soak in. Bath salts are provided for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The dedicated office provides ample desk space and a relaxing armchair and footstool for those calmer moments

The central hallway leads you to a large modern kitchen, equipped with stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, a sparkling water maker, and a convenient walk-in pantry. A picnic hamper is provided, along with a marble cheese board, ample crockery and serving items to enjoy your locally bought goodies. Tea and plunger coffee is also provided.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the large reclaimed timber dining table and the spacious lounge, all bathed in natural light. The lounge also features a large smart TV for streaming movies and Spotify and a whisper-quiet reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling. There is also a quality UE Boom Bluetooth speaker provided for your convenience and music on the deck.

Step outside onto the covered entertaining deck and enjoy the perfect space for relaxing on the outdoor sofa. Light the chiminea and gather around it with a glass of wine. Add another log to the fire from the plentiful supply of Red Gum firewood stacked in the Vince Turner wrought iron wood stacker. A large fleecy outdoor blanket will help keep you even warmer. Some kindling and firelighters are also provided.
