The Space:

The open floor plan includes a sitting area with a wall-mounted TV and cozy sofa for downtime moments between outings. The space is flanked by floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall glass doors that provide a beautiful backdrop and give access to your private terrace, which will be the highlight your group will love the most.

The terrace is a wonderful place to spend any time of the day! There’s a BBQ for grilling tasty treats, a dining table, a sitting area, and the perfect lighting to create a lovely ambiance for nights at home.

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all you’ll need for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start and a blender for afternoon mixers! The dining table has 6 cushioned chairs where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment for added convenience.

On the upper level, you’ll find 2 exquisite bedrooms, the first with a king bed and the second with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, large closets, room-darkening curtains, and full ensuite bathrooms.

The Neighborhood:
The Roma neighborhood is an energetic and diverse area that enchants visitors with its bohemian ambiance. Renowned for its tree-lined avenues and delightful architecture, Roma attracts artists, intellectuals, and young executives. The district features a wide variety of cafes, eateries, and bars serving international culinary delights. Its cultural life is enriched by art galleries, theaters, and cinemas. The neighborhood also embraces green areas, including the iconic Parque México, ideal for leisurely walks. Roma's distinctive mix of history, creativity, and contemporary appeal renders it a cherished and vibrant destination within Mexico City.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 12 km or 7 miles away. There is 1 parking spot if you arrive by car, and the security personnel will guide you to the space.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs.

By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Access to the apartment: The keys are handed personally to you in the lobby. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
