THE SPACE
Unwind in a welcoming living area with ample seating on plush sofas. Sit back and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The sofa converts to a comfortable bed providing more sleeping arangements. With a fully equipped kitchen, whip up a delicious meal and dine in comfort on well-appointed chairs at the kitchen bar. Take care of any business needs with an office desk, chair and printer, shared with the living room area.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
The unit comprises three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a closet, and a full bathroom just outside the room in the hall. In the second bedroom, you'll find a twin over full bunk bed, a roll out twin bed & an en-suite full bathroom, additional seating and a 4K Smart TV. Finally, a primary bedroom featuring a King bed, closet, 4K Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and beautifulviews!
PARKING
There is ample stree parking available outside the home. There is currently no garage space available. Please refer to the listing pictures which shows the available parking areas. All lines in red are available street parking during Nov 15 - April 15. All street parking is available outside those months.
THE COMMUNITY
Silver Creek Village is a newer community and offers convenient distances to all Park City and surrounding areas have to offer. With a short drive, you're bound to enjoy your time in the beautiful wasatch mountains!

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest. Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
