This property is great for holidays and family friendly as the property is ten mins to the city and 15mins to the beach with ample outdoor space for alfresco dining and activities. The place is very quiet away from any busy roads, and the garden is full of vibrancy. It's a great escape from the city life.
Lots of room for pets, and the back yard is closed off to enjoy your privacy. The pool is great to enjoy with family and friends, and there are plenty of parks in the local area
This is a NO PARTY house as the house is located in a residential zone with friendly neighbours.
The house is 1970’s style and therefore has a quirky character so please don’t expect a modern 2000’s house. We love the style and have tried to keep this as much as possible.
- It is a pre-requirement that guest must complete a pre-arrival form, including uploading ID and sign the rental conditions prior to receiving check in details.
There are cameras pointing down the driveway and beneath the car port. These are for the security of our guests and do not encroach on your privacy at the property.
The house has noise monitors to ensure that our neighbours are protected from excessive noise outside of the detailed quiet hours. Please have fun but also be respectful.
The booking should be for only those in the booking and additional guests need to be notified and approved before coming to the property.
$50 per hour is available if you’d like to check in earlier or check out later (24 hours notice to rearrange cleaners etc)
As we live close by, we are available if need be however like to keep have guests enjoy with self check in.

There is no cot on site however if you wish, we can provide a port a cot.
There is a local bus service that can collect you from Amelia St, or Stirling Train Station can take you further afield.
