The Space:
Step into the indoors of this Bokarina holiday home, where an inviting open plan design awaits. The fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area seamlessly blend, decorated with coastal aesthetic. The living room is complete with a spacious L-shaped lounge, smart TV and air-conditioning, there is also an in-home sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. Sliding doors open out to the lush outdoor area, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity.

Venture to the outdoors of the home, where the alfresco area features a dining table, BBQ, and firepit, perfect for outdoor gatherings. The fenced garden ensures a secure space for your four-legged friend to roam freely. Complete with a charming cubby house, the backyard becomes a playground for both kids and pets. Bikes and surf gear are also available for guests to enjoy, enhancing the coastal experience with the beach just a short 220m stroll away.

The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows:

Master Bedroom:
The tranquil master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe, with sliding doors that open out onto the outdoor area.

Bathroom One:
The bathroom is spacious and functional with a walk-in shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom Two:
The lovely second bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Bedroom Three:
Cosy and comfortable, the third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Bedroom Four:
The final bedroom is complete with a king-single, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Laundry:
The laundry includes a top loader washing machine, sink, clothes airer and an outdoor washing line.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park up to three cars on the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking available, please note there is no garage.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the back streets of Bokarina, this home is a short stroll away (220m) from the pristine sandy shores of Bokarina Beach. The home is located within walking distance of the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks all close by. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

- Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive
- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 8 minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
