There are 2 options for rental of this house, depending on the number of people visiting.

The list price includes 2 downstairs bedrooms and access to the main bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the outdoor entertaining area.

Option 1: (List Price - $395/night + $250 cleaning fee )
Downstairs Bedroom 1 - 1x Queen bed
Downstairs Bedroom 2 - 1x Double bed
Access to single bunk beds in the rumpus/lounge area

Option 2: (List Price + $250/night + $380 cleaning fee)
If you are a larger group more bedrooms are available.
In addition to the above, the following bedrooms are included:
Upstairs Ensuite Bedroom - 1x Queen bed with ensuite and balcony
Downstairs Ensuite Bedroom - 1x Queen bed with ensuite

The open space living room has a comfortable seating area to either sit and read by the woodfire heater or enjoy a board game like Monopoly or Scrabble.

The second lounge room/ rumpus room holds extra space to settle in for some laughs with games or you can just sit back and catch up on your favourite TV show or movies on the Smart TV. This area also has a bonus with two single bunk beds which are great for kids games, cubbies or extra sleeping.

Option 2 - comfortably accommodates 8 guests

The outdoor entertaining deck will see you spending your summer afternoons enjoying a cheese platter and BBQ, allowing you to truly unwind and relax from the bustle of life. You can enjoy a family dinner under the stars or a relaxing glass of wine whilst soaking up the surrounding gardens and sounds of wildlife - this space is designed for creating lasting memories against the backdrop of the gentle ocean breeze.

Linen and towels are provided for your stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

You will have access to various parts of the house based on the option you choose.
Option 1 has access to the 2 main lounge room areas, outdoor entertaining deck, 2 bedrooms, main toilet and bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
Option 2 has access to the entire house. In addition to the above, you will have access to a 3rd sitting area as well as the two ensuite bedrooms.
