The space
As you enter through the private lush garden you will feel yourself being transported to another place. Step inside to find two separate living areas each with comfortable lounge seating and smart TV’s. Be impressed with the expansive, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday and a modern dining area with seating for 8 guests – a perfect entertainer delight.
Large glass doors slide back to encompass the trendy outdoor dining space, equipped with a built-in BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining area, that leads out to the pontoon and private lap pool.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed, TV and ensuite consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. There is a separate powder room on this floor and a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, which leads out to a clothesline area.
Ascend the timber stairs to the light-filled top floor where you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting area and a study. The first bedroom consists of two king singles, which can be joined to make a King bed on request, a built-in robe and a TV. Walk down the hall to the second bedroom which holds a Queen bed, built-in robe and TV. The adjacent bathroom provides a spacious walk-in shower, luxurious free-standing bath and double vanity. Beside the bathroom is a separate toilet.

28 Mossman is a 10-minute easy flat walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach – or hop on the bus that passes by on Noosa Parade nearby. A 10-minute walk in the other direction will take you to Quamby Place, where you’ll find award-winning restaurants such as Wasabi, Rickys, Woodfire Grill and Rocksalt.
Of course, with your own private beach, pool and pontoon you might not want to venture further than the front door during your stay here! But if you do this property is very well-placed to get you to all of Noosa’s main attractions with ease.
