Our 2331 efficiency condo at the sand dunes located on the 3rd floor and is sure to impress, with sleeping arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Some of the amenities include resort wide free WIFI, indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, lazy river, fitness center and a children’s pool. The Sand dunes resort is only minutes away from Barefoot landing, Broadway at the beach, and both Tanger outlets locations adding up to about 1000 shops restaurants and entertainment outlets. ⭐**CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**⭐

You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

🧻What we supply you with:

⭐During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.

⭐We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.

• One roll of paper towels

• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.

• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.

• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)

• One trial size of shampoo

• One trial size conditioner

• One trial size of body wash and body lotion

• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)

• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

❄️ Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.
