This is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers.
The Space:
This high floor apartment features top quality, modern furniture which are comfortable and design trendy.
You will feel a sense of warmth as soon as you step inside. With earth tones palette you can easily feel the sophistication the interior exudes.
The space is furnished with a large couch (can be turned into a sofa bed and sleep 1), flat TV, king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, a vanity/work desk and dining area for three.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need for preparing meals. Cooking has never been this gratifying!
The bathroom has soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the pool (temperature-controlled) and gym, and parking is on request.
Note: For the parking slot, please share the car plate details so that can be shared with the building management.

Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 2 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from bus E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 2 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
