Inside, the primary suite features a king bed, large flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The 2nd bedroom features a full bed and bunk with full and twin bed, plus a TV and desk. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, TV, desk and large closet. The hall bath has a tub and shower combo.

Please note: There is no open dockage available, so guests are permitted to use the boat lift for an additional $400. Use of the lift requires signing a waiver and paying a local boat lift professional to set the bunks, certify your boat will fit, show you how to operate it and reset the bunks when they leave. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 or older. No smoking. No pets. During peak months, we may require a minimum of 24 hours to clean between rentals. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available for an additional cost of $20 per day.
