The Space
The great room of this condo is thoughtfully designed to be open and bright and allows the natural Florida sunshine to pour into the room. To the right is a designated office space with a desk and sofa, while to your left is the kitchen, complete with sleek, modern cabinets and quartz countertops. The appliances include an electric range, a spacious panel refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The peninsula bar has two barstools for casual dining, while the nearby glass dining table has space for four.
The living space sits right next to the wide glass sliding doors, so the views from this area are nothing short of spectacular. There's also a chic white sofa and matching armchair, a huge HDTV, and high-speed WiFi for nights when you want to stay in and stream your favorite show. Outside on the balcony, you have views of the Intercoastal Waterway, the bustling city, and the community swimming pool below.
The split floor plan features a primary bedroom suite on one side of the condo, which includes a king-size bed, beautiful views, an HDTV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a step-in shower. This particular bathroom is also accessible via the office space. On the other side of the unit, there's a secondary bedroom suite, also with a king-size bed, lovely panoramic views, an HDTV, and an attached full bathroom with a soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanity.

The Neighborhood
This ideal location is in the middle of all the action in Fort Lauderdale! We're just walking distance from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach, with its sugar-white sand and aquamarine Atlantic Ocean! We're also just a couple of blocks from Las Olas Blvd. What's there, you ask? Well, it's kind of like the heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale. Las Olas Blvd. is home to nearly every type of restaurant available, from simple to fine dining. You'll find so many different regional cuisines, it's hard to list them all! But do make sure you sample some of the more uncommon cuisines like French, Argentinian, Brazilian, Peruvian, or Middle Eastern. And then go back for all-time favorites like Mexican, Italian, Greek, or American fare. Leave room for dessert, as there are plenty of options for that in Las Olas, too! And for our plant-based friends, vegan and vegetarian dishes are easily available. For a quick and casual vegan meal, try SoBe Vegan, just across the street from the Tiffany House. And it doesn't stop with restaurants on Las Olas. As varied as the food choices are, so are your shopping options. From clothes and souvenirs to home furnishings, to children's items, to books, you'll have to try hard to go home empty-handed! And the nightlife! Whether you're searching for just a simple pub for a quiet drink, a sports bar to route for your favorite team, or a nightclub to dance the night away, you'll find it at Las Olas. Make sure you take at least one type of cruise while you're here. There are so many to choose from! Adventurous guests might enjoy an airboat ride in the Everglades, while sweethearts might better enjoy a champagne sunset cruise. Friend groups can try a party boat cruise, while the more athletic guests could try their hands at parasailing. In Fort Lauderdale, you're only limited by your imagination.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
The minimum rental age is 23. A picture ID must be provided to Newman Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival.
Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Newman Hospitality. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
Newman Hospitality is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.
If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
