Getaway to Golden Sands

Summary:
This spacious and modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in the popular family-friendly suburb of Golden Sands. Offering sumptous living areas, a well equipped stylish kitchen and ample space both indoors and out, it is the perfect family holiday retreat! A large outdoor area is ideal for entertaining alfresco and recreation abounds with many walking tracks and playgrounds in the vicinity. It is a short stroll to the beach, shops, cinema, cafes and amenities at the Excelsa Centre.

The Space:
The stylish master bedroom comprises a queen bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom also boasts a queen bed, the third bedroom offers two single beds and the forth has bunk beds and a single bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORTH BEDROOM IS LOCKED OFF IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 6 GUESTS ONLY. The converted garage is the perfect space for some fun offering table tennis and toys. A portacot ( less linen) and a highchair make this an ideal option for young families. There are also Boogie boards and beach equipment available for guests use.

The Neighborhood:
Golden Sands, Papamoa, is a neighbourhood that has been taking shape since 2001. It is a family-friendly, walkable community with local shops, schools, play grounds and the beach within a short stroll of each other.

Other Things to Note:
We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25. Maximum number of guests staying is 9 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. Check in time is 3pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply
