With a clear line of sight to Burleigh Head’s James Street and the beach merely a 3-minute walk away, the positioning for this apartment couldn’t be any better. And whilst being central to everything, the building and the nature of its layout create serenity nobody expects. Tucked away at the rear with cleverly placed pillars and water features, the apartment is a calm cocoon, while the attractive bustle of the southern Gold Coast is right on your doorstep.
The simple design and layout offer two ample-sized bedrooms with queen and double beds —the main enjoying a walk-through robe to ensuite — and another full-size bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry area. Considerable spacing for clothes and ceiling-fitted fans finish off these generous sleeping options which would suit either families, couples, or friends.
An open-plan lounge, with air-conditioning and Wifi, will be your perfect place to catch a moment to relax between your morning swim and lunchtime reservation, and an adequately stocked and ready-to-go kitchen is on hand should you ever feel like preparing food — with the bountiful award-winning restaurants and cafes nearby this isn’t a necessity, however.
There’s convenient underground parking, wheelchair access, and a palm tree-lined pool/barbecue area that sees little use yet are kept to an immaculate standard. If you punctuate your days with some time poolside, you’ll be poised for this suburb's great nightlife.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
