The Space:

Entering into the foyer, you're greeted with easy access to the upstairs and cozy kitchen, ready for your cooking concoctions. Diving further into the home, exposed wood beams on each side of the well lit dining room welcome you in. At the rear of the home, you'll find a beautiful living room, flooded with natural light from the patio doors and windows with views of the backyard and back deck. This inviting room is a great space to unwind from a busy day of Brewster bliss and watch some TV on your family vacation.

Downstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom, with a king size bed and easy access to the home's first full bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom housing two full beds is a great place for the kids to crash after exploring the Cape. A final bedroom with a full size bed finishes the sleeping arrangements of this sleeps 8 home.

Outside, a sprawling yard seemingly goes on forever, while an awesome back deck with outdoor dining is ready for your in for a meal under the stars. Minutes from Paine’s Creek Beach, the salt water is easy to answer when it calls your name. You’ll fall in love with this Bayside Beaut!

Perfect House!

This house was perfect for our family! I loved the location, we used to stay in Brewster years ago, so this was in the right area. The house has all of the amenities you would need. We cooked at home a few nights and the dishes, pots, pans, grill were all perfect for our needs. The backyard was spacious - great for playing outside or just lounging around. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but easy enough to drop off with chairs and have someone walk back if there isn't parking available. Everything was VERY clean and beds and linens were very comfortable. 10 out of 10. We would love to come back!

A lovely home base to explore the Cape.

A beautifully maintained home and a fantastic location. The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Paradise at the cape

We loved this very private and secluded home! It is just what we needed to help us relax away from the sounds of traffic and busy city life. We saw deer, rabbits, all kinds of birds, a brown frog, and a heron sitting on a tree looking for its prey. The home is very comfortable, well stocked, pristine, and beautifully decorated. What an awesome spot to spend our vacation!

Beautiful property!

Our family had a great stay. The property is set back from the road so it was a bit dark when taking out our small dog at night. But the home itself was spacious and immaculate with modern conveniences, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We saw plenty of wildlife during our stay. Very peaceful autumn getaway!
