The Space:

Entering into the foyer, you're greeted with easy access to the upstairs and cozy kitchen, ready for your cooking concoctions. Diving further into the home, exposed wood beams on each side of the well lit dining room welcome you in. At the rear of the home, you'll find a beautiful living room, flooded with natural light from the patio doors and windows with views of the backyard and back deck. This inviting room is a great space to unwind from a busy day of Brewster bliss and watch some TV on your family vacation.

Downstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom, with a king size bed and easy access to the home's first full bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom housing two full beds is a great place for the kids to crash after exploring the Cape. A final bedroom with a full size bed finishes the sleeping arrangements of this sleeps 8 home.

Outside, a sprawling yard seemingly goes on forever, while an awesome back deck with outdoor dining is ready for your in for a meal under the stars. Minutes from Paine’s Creek Beach, the salt water is easy to answer when it calls your name. You’ll fall in love with this Bayside Beaut!

Paradise at the cape

We loved this very private and secluded home! It is just what we needed to help us relax away from the sounds of traffic and busy city life. We saw deer, rabbits, all kinds of birds, a brown frog, and a heron sitting on a tree looking for its prey. The home is very comfortable, well stocked, pristine, and beautifully decorated. What an awesome spot to spend our vacation!

Beautiful property!

Our family had a great stay. The property is set back from the road so it was a bit dark when taking out our small dog at night. But the home itself was spacious and immaculate with modern conveniences, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We saw plenty of wildlife during our stay. Very peaceful autumn getaway!

House was great! Thought 240. was a lot for two people using just one of the bedrooms and One bath for a housekeeping fee.

Short autumn stay to introduce friends to Cape Cod

This house was perfect for our stay on CC. Tricky to find at first, the house is in a quiet area not far off Rte 6A. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the deer wander through in the mornings and evenings. Yard is great for kids and dogs. There was a corn hole game in the garage to use and many beach chairs. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The beds, linens and towels were great!!! We have rented on the Cape MANY times but this house is by far the nicest we have stayed in. I was a bit hesitant to rent through a rental management company but Del Mar was great to work with from booking to checking out. Would definitely rent through them again and would definitely rent this house again.

A Wonderful Time at a Beautiful property on Cape Cod

Del Mar Vacations did an excellent job as the property manager and our contact as renters for our week's stay. The house was spacious, very clean, had an excellent Central AC system (which was critical to us as a strict requirement for us to rent that property) and was in a great location. When we had a couple of questions, Del Mar was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to working with Del Mar again for next year and hopefully securing the same house. If not, I am confident that they will have something similar to our liking for us to rent for our Cape Cod Vacation Week.
