The Space:
The beautiful Victoria Park location offers spectacular views unlike most city living, watching the large, lush trees change colours throughout the year from vibrant green in the summer to bright orange and reds in the autumn. The beautiful hues flow through the open living space emanating an effortless and relaxing vibe. The spacious living area means that everyone can enjoy the flourishing outlook together whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, eating or working from the dining table, dozing off in the lounge or reading a book on the sunny balcony.
The open living space offers deluxe comfort and convenience for any kind of stay. The windows are double glazed so its lovely and peaceful to unwind after a long day of exploring or working.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern essentials that you would have or want in your home. Prepare a new recipe for your guests while enjoying their company and take in the beautifully soft interiors and lovely outside view.
The bedrooms both have dreamy beds and pillows accompanied by high quality linen to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated everyday. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a rainfall shower head and a walk in wardrobe so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. The secondary bedroom has a partition between the lounge area with glazed glass for privacy and also a closest to unpack your things.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway bathroom behind the door, we provide laundry detergent for your convenience as well
Please note:
The carpark is not onsite but, in the building, next door, so you will need to walk 170m from the exit of the carpark to the entrance of the apartment.
Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy and there is an allocated car park in the private parking garage around the corner (170m walk to and from the apartment).
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is about two hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The Vulcan is situated on the edge of the inner city, with many highlights and conveniences within close walking distance! Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct Basin are just a short (flat) stroll away - enjoy walking around the marina and seeing the impressive boats! Both areas also offer great restaurants for whatever your vibe and taste.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct are up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!
There are fantastic walks in the area with Victoria Park just across the road and Westhaven boardwalk near by.
With easy access to the Link Bus route, Britomart train station and Fullers Ferry Terminal – and just a short stroll to Parnell and Ponsonby – you can even ditch the car.
It’s the perfect location to really embrace city living.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Noise: there is potential for noise at this property as the road below it (outside the balcony) can get busy at peak times with buses and the apartment is on the lowest level. The windows are double glazed and do a fantastic job of shutting the noise out but we just want to be upfront :)
Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.
