Great home
This is our second time staying at this house, the first time booked through a competitor of VRBO last January (2023). We stay in Taos several times per year, booking at various locations. To be sure, Natural Retreats (the manager of this property) is excellent: the house was very clean, well-stocked for cookware/utensils, and importantly, had other kitchen cooking essentials like coffee/hot chocolate, vege/olive oil, and spices necessary to make cooking easy without having to run to the store to buy. The house has a beautiful master suite (en-suite), and a great kids room with two single beds. Both rooms are at far ends of the house and therefore in quite areas. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and is adjacent to the kitchen and living room, so light sleepers should not stay in this particular room. Additionally, there is a shared bath with the kids room and queen guest room, at the end of the house. Overall, given the quality of the linens (bed sheets and bath/hot tub towels, etc.), excellent aesthetic touches/decorations by the house owners (including ample board games and excellent reading material), fast and reliable internet, cleanliness of the house, and scenic beauty, this is a real winner. I applaud Natural Retreats for maintaining it so well (for example, not clearing out needed kitchen items between guests, but actually leaving them in an organized manner in the pantry), and the owners for their excellent taste. Our family will definitely return!
