1) Every guest and visitor must be registered and show their passport or identification upon entering the building.
2) ALL INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS.
3) The use of the apartment is solely allowed for residential purposes; no parties of any kind are permitted in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of a fire, please evacuate the building.
6) Smoking any substances on the building premises and within the apartment is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes and tobacco. A $50.0 USD fee applies if smoking is detected indoors.
7) Leaving any items or objects with security guards within the building is not allowed.
8) Pets are allowed but under the owner's responsibility.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ALL DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Whenever you leave the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning (if applies), lights, and close windows and the entrance door.
12) Please do not leave keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith incurs an additional cost. Each additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13) To conserve the environment, we kindly request responsible consumption of water and electricity.
14) The building's security is not liable for losses within the apartment. For your safety, surveillance cameras monitored by a private security company are present in the lobby.
15) Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Please dispose of trash in the designated trash cans just outside the building and return keys to the host or front desk. Ensure to inform us of your departure time and secure windows and the door.

*Please maintain low noise levels, especially on weekdays and late at night. A $150 USD fine applies.

Wonderful stay...
Thank you to Daniela for being very helpful in our stay at the Olive Suites. Any small issues that arose, Daniela was quick to help out. My only disappointment was the jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was running and had very warm water upon our arrival. Not hot, but very warm which was okay and even very nice to sit in for a few minutes that evening. Unfortunately, this was the only day that the jacuzzi produced any form of warm water. After reaching out to Daniela, she sent Ms. Amalia to assist with the heating issue and to clean the Jacuzzi. Ms. Amalia arrived, drained and cleaned the jacuzzi. Which was appreciated. Upon leaving the apartment, it was recommended by both Ms. Daniela and Amalia that when we want to use the tub, to fill it with water because the water heater would automatically turn on after the water reached a certain level. So, following there advice, we waited for the water to refill after Amalia had cleaned it. Once the water was at normal levels we waited many hours to see if it would warm up. Sadly, the water never heated that evening. I made multiple checks of the water to see if it was warming. All my checks were with a freezing water result. So, the next morning I reached out to Daniela. She recommended the same process to get the heater to work. This was drain the Jacuzzi. Refill it to get the heater to turn on. She was even kind enough to forward a video of this process being done. Sadly, after multiple unsuccessful attempts. I gave up. But still 🤗

Challenging Stay. Proceed with caution.
Property apartment is nice. Check in is normal leave your passport. Apartment is as described in the photos. No problem was the crazy security. Basically zero noise like not even put your TV on type. Constant harassment. We were respectful and only four people basically they wanted anything that produced sound off. So living here is equivalent to living in a senior citizen's home or a jail. We enjoy our freedom in America here you're not allowed to have that you're highly and every step you do is watched. Regardless of the host response this is the truth they said we party we did not party we're adults. We were always respectful. And be careful because they say any noise you're going to get a fine for a noise which is basically squeezing you for money too. Also be aware the walls are literally paper thin. You can hear the Bell go off down the hall from the elevator every time it arrives. You can hear every conversation through the walls. Literally every sound. We were threatened with canceling the reservation last message said a reservation was canceled so after the second day we left to find a more accommodating apartment. My advice is stay here if you will not even put the TV on past 11:00 p.m. and have a vehicle access to cabs because everything is far. Great property if they can fix their problems.
