Just a short stroll away is the local shops & cafes at Malua Bay, as well as the patrolled beach at Malua Bay and McKenzie's Beach. Batemans Bay township is just a short drive away.

The Space:
The newly renovated light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining area is the ideal place to relax with the family all in one spot.

The main bathroom has just been given a lovely make over as well with freestanding bath and separate toilet.

Laundry is located downstairs of the property for guests that might be there for a bit of a longer stay.

Bedroom 2 - Single bunk beds & single bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bed

There is plenty of room for the kids to run around and play a game of backyard cricket while you sit and enjoy the sunshine and water view from the deck upstairs.

Guest Access:
Access is via a lockbox at the property, the code is emailed through approx. an hour prior to check in.

Malua Bay is one of the Eurobodalla's most popular places with locals and tourist alike.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.

Batemans Bay township is only a 15 minute driveaway.
