My husband Mike and I are thrilled to be able to share the beauty and peacefulness of lakefront living by offering you lodging at our totally renovated boat-access cottage. Giving our guests the opportunity to make many lifelong memories at the cottage is our mission!

We hope that you'll be able to create special memories, as we have, and continue to do so with our children and grand-children. Nothing beats seeing them learn how to swim and waterski, catch their first fish and venture out in a kayak alone for the first time.

We're looking forward to offering you and yours the same escape to the lake that our family, relatives and friends have been having for over 60 years.

Spend your days on the new huge dock/deck reminiscing with friends, making new memories with your loved ones, listening to music while floating and paddling around, eating, drinking and soaking up the sun!

Totally immerse yourself back into nature by taking walks in the forest surrounding you.

Enjoy your own little private bay to swim in... a great spot with a sandy bottom and that gradually gets deeper.

Cook your meals on the bbq on the deck close to the cottage or on the chimenea grill too!

Spend your evenings by the fire gazing at the stars, listening to the sounds of nature and perhaps even playing guitar and sing some campfire songs too!

The cottage is nestled in a private bay with great fishing and swimming spot! Lake Nepewassi is renown for its' great musky fishing as well as pickerel, pike, perch and bass too.

A wide trail at the back of the cottage makes taking nature walks easy and pleasant.

Enjoy the fall colors of the maples, oaks and birch during the months of September and October!

A free public launch is located about 5 minutes from the cottage. The Nepewassi Lake Association kindly asks for donations to help cover the costs of insurance related to the launch as well as the porta potty rental and more.

Your last place to buy gas is when coming in from the south is the Gen 7 gas bar on Bekanon Rd off of hwy 69..... the gas bar in Wahnapitae if coming in from hwy 17 and the Canadian Tire gas bar if coming in from Sudbury.

Although the cottage is boat-access, it does have electricity and plumbing!

The water at the boat access cottage is filtered but not potable. Although we do supply you with a large container of water for drinking, brushing your teeth, etc. you're responsible for bringing your own water supply (by refilling in the apartment if renting both lodging options) or bringing your own water supply.
The water in the apartment is potable.

PLEASE NOTE: The guests are responsible to provide their own transportation to get to and from the boat-access cottage. A local company offers Seadoo rentals. Search them up at autodepotrecreationgroup if you'd like to arrange a rental before arriving.
Our lake does not offer a water taxi service. Guests are encouraged to perhaps rent a boat and trailer by searching online in the area they live in or on route to our property.
