Shoal Bay Beach for the waves or Little Beach for the calm waters.

Unit 1 has a large open plan living/dining area with laminate flooring, large Smart TV to hot spot and sound bar. The living area flows out onto the wrap around balcony with dining facilities so you can take in the natural environment that surrounds you. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher.

Three large bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed, access to the balcony to allow the sea breezes to flow through, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom two also has a Queen bed and ceiling fan whilst bedroom three has a tri bunk with a double bed below and single bed above (suitable for children).

The main bathroom has the bonus of a bath for the children, shower, toilet, and vanity, plus an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The unit also provides a single lock up garage.

Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
