This newly renovated and modernly furnished house invites you to spend a relaxing vacation with the family or just as a couple.

The west facing, large terrace with pool offers sunshine from noon to late in the evening.

With a rental boat that you can park on our boat lift, you can explore the islands of the Gulf of Mexico from here.

You won't regret it - book now.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Perfect place!

Great place. Pool could’ve been a little warmer but once you got in and used to it it was fine. Michael was very nice, attentive and made our stay very pleasant! Would definitely rent this house again!!

Nice for a getaway

Stayed here for 5 nights in June. The house was a perfect size/fit for 2 guests. The home is exactly as pictuted and described, its decorated simply but beautifully, very refresing. The property manager stops by the morning after check in which I thought was a great touch. He made sure we had everything we needed. He also offered to text me some info on bike rentals which he did. He also stops the day of check out, close to your check out time. One thing the property was lacking was some pool floats (grabbed some from Walmart and had to spend 2 hours inflating ourselves), the manager said they don't provide them and if any there they are simply left behind by previous guests. In that case some sort of pump would be SUPER ideal to have there. The other thing would be some bicycles to have to ride around the neighborhood since it's such a residential area it would have been great to explore. The central air system I could not quite figure out..they ask before you leave to set it back to 80 degrees which is too warm for hot Florida days in my opinion and it was very warm in there when we checked in. It was nearly impossible to lower the temperature to have a cool house. Perhaps some instructions in how to cool the house down would benefit future guests. There are 4 fans in the garage which we ended up using in the bedrooms at night to try and cool down the room. It seems the house is set to not be able to have air conditioning really turned on. If you need to be in a very cool house esp at night, this is not the place for you. It's a very quiet area and the canal out back is not busy at all, relaxing for sure. We did see some baby dolphins swimming out there our first day. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Great stay in an modern home.

We loved the modern style of this newly renovated house. We spent most of the time at the lanai pool area. Despite located on a dead end canal, we observed two dolphins from the boat deck and got visited by an Opossum sitting in the Bandana plant next to the pool. Location is just minutes from shops and Cape Coral bridge. And Michael made check in and out super simple and convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.

Holidays in Florida

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband spent several days at Pelican. The property was perfect for us. We used the grill several times, turned the heat up to enjoy the pool, and enjoyed going to local restaurants.
