Gold Coast Luxury Resorts welcomes you to our 2 Bedroom Apartment in the newly built Gallery Residence, Broadbeach.

The Gallery Residence is located less than 500m from the beach and just one tram stop away from central Broadbeach. You will have easy access to a wide variety of cafes and restaurants, plus Oasis Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, bottle shop, clothing stores, doctors offices and more.

This privately-owned apartment is on level 9 and features designer furniture, giving you a luxurious & comfortable place to rest to after a day out exploring the beautiful Gold Coast. The apartment is fully self-contained with a full kitchen with both a washer and dryer in the laundry. You will also have a private balcony with outdoor furniture and a hinterland view.

This brand new building features a communal rooftop pool with an amazing view of the Gold Coast skyline. You will also have access to the fitness centre and BBQ area on the same floor.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. Prior to arrival you will be required to complete an online check-in. On the day of arrival, you will collect your keys from a key safe located at 130 Bundall Road. We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the room is ready for you.

Upon departure, you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. Alternatively, you can return the keys to our dropbox at 130 Bundall Road.

CLEANING
All prices include a general clean prior to arrival and an exit clean on departure.

CAR PARKING
1 x secure car parking is available to reserve at $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space prior to arrival to avoid missing out.

AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
2 x bath towels for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.

GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.

Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.

The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

CHRISTMAS DAY
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in or check-out on the 25th of December.
