The Space:
This space is unique and carefully thought out from refined finishes, worldly interiors, privacy and functionality.

Found in a 1926 heritage building it has soaring 4m ceilings, the beautifully elegant living area has sophisticated furnishings and decor, it is filled with warm natural light from the fantastic floor to ceiling windows. Embrace the tranquil environment in the golden morning sun as you prepare for the day, relax and unwind in the evening with complete privacy and stillness as you close out the city with the blinds.

An eclectic contemporary art collection adds a sophisticated touch to this lofty space.

The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and all the tools you need to prepare your favourite meal or even try a new recipe. Integrated refrigerator and dish-drawer dishwasher adds an elegant touch.


A floor to ceiling book shelf packed with interesting volumes ensures plenty of reading during your stay.


A large smart TV and comfortable velvet sofa ensure a great night should you choose to stay in. In the bedroom the hotel standard super-king bed is accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling. A Samsung Frame TV allows you the luxury of watching TV from bed. A generous wardrobe ensures plenty of space to unpack all your belongings.


Wall heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom add warmth in winter, whilst a ceiling fan in the bedroom keeps you cool in warmer months. The building’s thick walls keeps warmth in winter and cool in summer too.

The heritage New York style bathroom features a marble trimmed shower and luxurious underfloor heating. Beyond the elegant reeded glass shower door is a soothing rain shower.

There is a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and seperate dryer and other cleaning products for your convenience during your stay.

It’s 3 minutes or less to walk to Amano, Kingi, The Store, Mr Morris and all the great amenities the Britomart has to offer. Commercial Bay and its great food court is 5 minutes by foot, and the Ferry Building just 7 minutes giving you easy access to Waiheke and islands of the Hauraki Gulf. Josh Emett’s Onslow is 3 minutes up the street. The Auckland Art Gallery is a nice walk via adjacent Shortland Street.

For those keen to keep fit a state-of-the-art Les Mills gym is a short stroll across the street and for runners the waterfront to Tamaki drive and around the bays is close by.

The whole apartment is yours to enjoy.
There is an allocated carpark but it is across the road in a separate building.

Britomart is a prime location for exploring the city with highlights and conveniences all within walking distance! Takutai square is across the road offering exquisite cafes and dining options, beautiful boutique shopping and other amenities like the supermarket, a gym, hair salon and more! You can also find the ferry terminal in Britomart with incredible island escapes on offer - take a day trip to Waiheke for wine tasting and a swim!
Spark Arena is just a short (flat) stroll down the road where you can enjoy basketball, concerts, gigs and theatre shows.

Getting Around:
Getting around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around. with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Please note there can often be a bit of noise from the surrounding Viaduct restaurants and bars during the weekends.
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.

Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.
