WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 16 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 6.
- This home requires homeowner approval for all stays. If you decide to book directly on our website, your reservation will be on hold, and a reservation specialist will reach out to you for final confirmation. Please get in touch with us now for more information.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- All reservations are sent to homeowner for final approval after booking.
- Once approved, confirmation will be sent via email.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
