Come enjoy this third floor two bedroom and two bath Casa de Ferrell condominium. From the moment you enter you will feel calmed by the nicely furnished and family friendly space. Your gaze will immediately be drawn out the bright large glass wall/door and to the beautiful Sea of Cortez view. Feel free to venture out on the large covered patio where you can relax on the newer sectional sofa or lay on the lounge chairs. Perhaps you will sip on a margarita or pina colada and listen to the surf. You can also fully enjoy the sunset view by having your meals out on the patio table with its six chairs. If needed you can turn on the two overhead patio ceiling fans to provide a refreshing breeze.
At the end of the day retreat back indoors and relax on the comfortable oversized sectional and watch some cable TV. Or you can take advantage of the over 250+ provided DVDs and provided games. Wifi is provided to help you save data costs for your cell phones and to access the internet.

You have two master bedrooms with water views and direct access to the patio. One with a king bed and one with a queen. Both bedrooms have televisions with DVD players. Each bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with the king bed master bathroom a true ensuite bathroom with oversized tub/shower combo. The other bathroom has a low lip walk in shower. Both showers have convenient and pleasurable rainfall and hand-held water fixtures to enjoy and wall mounted body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. For those with mobility issues we provide a shower chair. You can bring the family as using the sofa bed we can accommodate six guests.
Save money by taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen with a stove/oven and full size refrigerator. You have an ample number of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking items for your culinary efforts. Don't plan on washing any dishes as there is a dishwasher. Common spices are provided so no need to bring any. We provide filtered water through a ceramic urn dispenser. Before taking off for the nearby beach, put your dinner in the crockpot. A microwave is available for those quick meals or warmups. Make some drinks in the blender. Put your groceries in the pantry area. If you don't want to cook, take advantage of the several reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.

Gather up a few of the provided beach chairs and place them in the little wagon that is also provided and then head to the beach. There are several palapas that you can use for shade. Or, you can head off to one of the several pools in the resort. Included is the adult only beach side pool, kid pools with slides, or even the more private Baja building pool right below your balcony.
