All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two in the expansive backyard accompanied by your fury friend, all whilst reminiscing over a BBQ or cheese platter.

Take advantage of the amazing views offered by your own colourful piece of Orange countryside that surrounds the home.

THE LOCATION
Located just on the fringe of the CBD, you are an easy 15 minute walk into town where you will find some of Orange's best restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, parks and more.

Within 1 block you'll find Hill Street Grab and Go Café, Perry Oval Takeaway and Jaegar Reserve with a great kids playground and croquet field. Duntry League Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

This property is professionally cleaned by our team of regular cleaners who have all been trained to maintain our high quality standards in alignment with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items to make your stay even better!
You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.
You can also request other enhancements like a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed, outside only. There is a small sunroom at the back of the home for them to sleep :)

We have an unused caravan parked on the property.
