The property offers a comfortable, well-equipped environment for your stay. The bathrooms are fully stocked with essential consumables, including toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
In the living area, you'll find a smart TV for accessing your favourite streaming services. Unlimited high-speed NBN internet is included, but please note you'll need to use your own streaming subscriptions.
Step outside to the patio, where a table and chairs provide the perfect setting for a meal at sunset or simply relaxing in Perth’s beautiful weather.
The spacious double lock-up garage can accommodate two vehicles, with secure, direct access into the house. For security reasons, the garage remote is fixed to the internal garage wall, ensuring it isn’t misplaced. To open the garage, you’ll need to enter the property first, and it can be closed when leaving.
Please note that some furnishings have been updated for your comfort. The sofa has been replaced with a three-seater and two single chairs, and a dining area with a table and chairs has been added behind the sofa. Additionally, for environmental and health reasons, the dryer has been removed to prevent dampness in the laundry. Instead, indoor drying racks are available for use when outdoor drying isn’t possible.
Guest Access:
The check-in process is straightforward. You will receive a unique reservation code for the electronic lock, allowing for a keyless, self-check-in that’s fully contactless. A mailbox key is available inside the property (if needed). Should you require access to the mailbox, please contact us, and we will provide the location.
