Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This quintessential Cape Cod beach house is situated on 1.36 acres offering direct beach front and extraordinary views for your group to create wonderful memories with swimming, boating, and beach strolling right outside your door.

Enter through the side door by the detached two car garage. A cute entry room with bench and coat hooks awaits your coat and shoes.

The antique cast iron stove set high on a brick hearth greets you in the sitting room off the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast at the table as you gaze out upon the early morning fishermen and gentle waves.

Large kitchen with pantry, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and ample counter space all with an ocean view! Continue through into the large formal dining room with fireplace, side bar and dining table with seating for 8. The antique chandelier reminds you of yesteryear while the view excites you for today's adventure

As you head through the dining room into the hall way to the right is Bedroom #1 with a king bed, flat screen tv, desk, and closet. Bathroom #1 is in the hallway a full bath with shower tub combo, vanity and toilet.

Tucked away in the closet next to the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer.

Continue to the main entry of the home and find the family room on your left complete with built in shelves and cabinets - they are two couches, two occasional chairs, game table and flat screen TV all with a spectacular view of the patio and ocean through the large sliding glass doors.

Head upstairs between the dining room and kitchen. At the top of the stairs is Bathroom #2 a full bath with shower tub combo. The next door on your right is the home office with desk and built in bookshelves.
Bedroom # 2 on the right with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen tv, desk and two closets. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twins beds, built in cabinets, dresser and closet. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds, desk, and closet.

This home has central air conditioning on the main level - a mini-split and window units in second floor bedrooms for extra comfort.

The finished basement can be accessed from the main floor hall way near the bedroom. Head downstairs to find additional entertainment space with couch, chair, flat screen tv and puzzle table. Enjoy the hand painted mural that brings a glimpse of the outside in!

Head outside to your own private path to the beach, or relax on the patio around the gas fire pit, maybe you feel like engaging in a corn hole game with your family ... the choice is yours on this large "estate-like" beach front home!

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Dog friendly homes are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are included with this home. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
