HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Magic Village Yards is a luxury gated resort in Kissimmee, just 10 minutes from Disney Parks. It offers a prime location near Magic Kingdom (15 min), Animal Kingdom (5 min), and Epcot (10 km), as well as shopping spots like Disney Springs (20 min) and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (15 km).

The resort features modern, clean décor, a heated outdoor pool with bar service, and kid-friendly amenities. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the Villaggio Restaurant, offering fresh options and made-to-order omelets daily from 8 to 10 AM.

Villaggio serves an Italian-Brazilian menu with pizzas, pastas, risottos, and meats. Special events include Feijoada Saturdays, Family Lunch Sundays, and Pizza Rodízio on Wednesdays and Sundays.

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PARKING
• There ́s a parking space assigned in front of the building
• Two cars allowed per house
• Trailers and mobile homes are not allowed

CLUBHOUSE
• The clubhouse is a private property, to have access to the clubhouse amenities, there ́s a resort fee of $100 per use.
• Payment can be done to the front desk located at the clubhouse.

TRASH
• Trash is collected daily. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday once a day. Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday twice a day
• All trash should be in a bag in the trash can
• Do not leave trash outside the unit at night, if you have trash you can go to the compactor.
